Kevin Info

Kevin Kraft is the sounder and founder of Soundshala  (www.soundshala.com), a unique mindfulness curriculum combining music, breathwork, movement and meditation to help achieve the mindful benefits of a sound yoga practice.  This is evident in the soundscape of voice, gongs, crystal and Tibetan bowls, drums and other instruments that help us relax and release deeply into balance.

Kevin specializes in the following areas of mindfulness.

·     Power Vinyasa

·     Himalayan Kriya Yoga

·     Yoga Nidra

·     Intention Setting

·     Gong Bath Meditation

·     Pranayama

·     Chanting & Mantras

·     Meditation

·     Reiki / Energy Balancing

Kevin’s practice is focused on consciously accessing the inner teacher and fully coming into the resonance that all healing is accessible within. These practices help to release the body’s mental and physical layers of tension we so often deeply hold onto. Through the awareness practice of cultivating our listening skills, we grow amidst both the noise and the silence of vibration. We seek to re-establish health and harmony by un-obstructing the flow of prana through the body’s energy channels and connecting to our innate divine essence that is our natural authentic self.

Kieran Info

Kieran is a multi-instrumentalist based in Bend, OR, who wears several hats– a musician, hypnotherapist, meditator, and sound healer. Over two decades, Kieran has produced numerous albums of original music and developed a keen interest in the therapeutic potential of sound. Having a background in performing sacred music in medicine ceremonies and meditating with mantras, Kieran delved into various modalities that utilize sympathetic resonance for healing purposes.

During this exploration, Kieran stumbled upon the transformative magic of Somatic Humming. Recognizing its potential as a catalyst for healing, Kieran has made humming a daily practice and recorded an album titled “Somatic Humming for Healing” to guide and inspire others in their own humming journey.

With a passion for spreading awareness about the sacred practice of Somatic Humming, Kieran hosts a variety of workshops, retreats, and wellness events. These transformative experiences are carefully designed to guide participants in a profound journey exploring the distinct qualities of specific frequencies. By stimulating resonance within one’s body, individuals gain awareness of their body at a cellular level and allow them to target specific areas to promote healing. The practice of Somatic Humming also provides a deeply relaxing internal full body massage that promotes glorious expansion of self-expression and fosters a profound sense of euphoria and intimacy with themselves.

Kevin Kraft found his way into the world of yoga by healing a severe back injury in 2004. Yoga did what so many other modalities could not and within a short period of time the injury healed. From the physical practice, Kevin became enamored by the many paths of yoga and personal awareness development. Kevin’s practice is focused on consciously accessing the inner teacher and fully coming into the resonance that all healing is accessible within.
