Kevin’s practice is focused on consciously accessing the inner teacher and fully coming into the resonance that all healing is accessible within. These practices help to release the body’s mental and physical layers of tension we so often deeply hold onto. Through the awareness practice of cultivating our listening skills, we grow amidst both the noise and the silence of vibration. We seek to re-establish health and harmony by un-obstructing the flow of prana through the body’s energy channels and connecting to our innate divine essence that is our natural authentic self.

Kevin Kraft found his way into the world of yoga by healing a severe back injury in 2004. Yoga did what so many other modalities could not and within a short period of time the injury healed. From the physical practice, Kevin became enamored by the many paths of yoga and personal awareness development. Kevin’s practice is focused on consciously accessing the inner teacher and fully coming into the resonance that all healing is accessible within.
