DESCRIPTION:FREE FAMILY YOGA \n\n\n\nConnect with your child through songs\, sign language\, movement and breath!\n\n\n\n9:30AM-10:30AM\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThis is an in-person program.This workshop is intended for children ages 0-5 and all children must be accompanied by a caregiver. Bring a yoga mat\, blanket\, or something soft to play on.\n\n\n\nThis class will include a full-body warm up\, partner yoga accessible for all ages\, gentle and calming touch exercises\, and a resting time. We will base our practice around this month’s “Puzzle” theme.\n\n\n\nWe will also read from instructor Deven’s selection of books inspiring mindfulness and yoga in the home\, and have time to color and chat with other families.\n\n\n\nAbout the Instructor:Deven Sisler\, the founder of her own Kids Yoga & Mindfulness teacher training\, is a forerunner in making the esoteric accessible and fun in the realm of kids’ yoga & mindfulness\, as well as dynamic school programming and inspirational Teacher Trainings. Drawing from two decades of study of the eight limbs of yoga\, she published her first book\, The Yamas in Pajamas: A Guide to Getting Started with Yoga for Kids and their Adults\, in 2023. She manages the Namaspa Kids Yoga & School Outreach Program.
